  • Do I need a Lytica Labs account to get support?
    No. You can email support@lyticalabs.ai or use the form on this page without creating an account or signing in to anything.
  • How fast will I hear back?
    We respond to every support request within 2 business days. Urgent production issues (outages, data-loss, auth failures) are prioritized — please include the word urgent in your subject so we route it immediately.
  • My Slack / Gmail / Snowflake integration stopped working. What should I include?
    To help us debug fast, please share:
    • Which integration is affected and when it last worked.
    • The exact error message or behavior you're seeing.
    • Your workspace / organization name (not any credentials).
    • Steps to reproduce, if you know them.
  • How do I uninstall or disconnect an integration?
    You can disconnect any integration from Settings → Integrations inside Lytica Labs. For Slack specifically, you can also remove the app from the Slack workspace's app directory. If you need help, just ask.
  • How do I report a security or privacy concern?
    Please email support@lyticalabs.ai with [security] in the subject. We triage security reports within one business day and treat responsible disclosures confidentially.
  • Can I request a new integration or feature?
    Absolutely. Open Contact Support on this page, choose Feature request in the topic menu, and describe what you are looking for — we read every submission and prioritize based on demand.
